(5)The whole beverage filling line adopts human-machine interface, touch-screen, PLC computer controller and other advanced technologies. With automatic inspect system of filing temperature automatic, caps supplying material, high-temperature alarm, low-temperature shutdown and automatic return, no bottle, no filling, wait when lack of bottle, lacking caps shutdown and so on, realize no bottle, no filling.
Applications:
It meets the client’s requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing, drying, filling, covering, capping by order automatically. This equipment employs frequent and speed adjustment system so that it can adjust the speed freely and enable the operation user-friendly. This machine is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing for gas beverage (soda water, cola).
