5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
6. Using the programmable controller as control centers; using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic measurement to maintain the balance of liquid surface so as to ensure the stability of liquid.
7. New designing filling valve, return gas and filling liquid are separate to ensure the filling materials is clean.
8. The machine adopt advanced magnetic clutch screw lid and the torsion torque is adjustable,so screwing is safe and reliable.

1. new designed for soft drink filling machine is used in producing all kinds of soda drink, soft drink, carbonated drink, gas drink contained in PET bottle.This machine is for CSD drink (carbonated soft drink) production, it integrates rising filling capping three functions in one unit. It has 32 rising heads 32 filling heads 10 capping heads, capacity is from 8000 to 12000BPH (500ml PET bottle).
