The machine is adapted to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. Washing part
1. The washing part is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle clamp, up turnplate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray.
2. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
3. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
Filling part
1. Filling device is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, elevating device, elevating device, etc.
