Product Description:
Plate heat exchanger is composed of many corrugated heat transfer plates, according to a certain interval, through the rubber gasket compression composed of detachable heat transfer equipment. Plate assembly, two sets of interwoven, board with board between the rubber sealing strip with adhesive, its role is to prevent fluid leakage and narrow net form flow channel formed between two plates, so the heat exchange plate pressure into various corrugated shape, in order to increase heat exchange plate area and rigidity, and can make the fluid turbulent flow at low velocity into, in order to achieve the effect of strengthening heat transfer. The four corner holes on the plate form a fluid distribution tube and a discharge manifold, and the two heat exchange media flow into their respective flow channels respectively to form a countercurrent or flow through each plate for heat exchange.
