it can filter out liguid and solid particles as small as 1 y m, reaching the lowest residual oil content of only 0.5pprm, with tracemoisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before A-class flter, and air quality is further improved after cold dryerand suction dryer.

Working principle of steam water separator: the steam water separator adopts high-temperature nano fltration for moreeficient fltration to remove steam and in case of liquid drops entrained in the compressed air system, a large amount of watercontaining steam and compressed air enter the separator and The vertical swir centrifugation tilts downward and changesdirection, Since the density of gas and iquid is diferent, if they need to be filtered together, generally speaking, the liquid willbe fltered to the flter, and the gas can pass through. And because of neutrality, the gas will stll move in its original direction.The liquid left on the filter will be diverted to the bottom of the separator for condensation and discharge.

When the stearm enters the swirl cylinder from the inlet pipe, the air flow will change from linear motion to circular motion. Mostof the rotatina air flow flows dwnward from the cylinder in a soiral shape along the cylinder wall and toward the cone. This isan extemal swirl. The steam generates a force in the process of rotation, throwing the droplets with high density towards thecylinder wall. When the droplets contact the cylinder wall, they lose the inertial force, and fall along the wall by the momentumof inlet velocity and downard gravity, entering the underflow port.
