working principle:
JUCAI freeze dryer, through forced cooling to reduce the water content of compressed air, to provide users with dry and
clean compressed air. The lowest pressure dew point is 2 ℃. It adopts the three in one design of heat exchanger, evaporator
and gas-liquid separator, plate fin structure with high efficiency heat exchange, microchannel condenser, refrigeration system
uses refrigeration compressor with lower energy consumption, and the whole series adopts environmental protection refrigerant,
so the whole machine is energy-saving and environmental protection.
The moist air flows through filter net and enters into the vaporizer,
then reaches dew point temperature after being refrigerated quickly,
and the water is coagulated as water drops by the vaporizer which
drop down into water basin along and discharged automatically
through the drainage pipe. the cooling air dried momentarily is
improved temperature by the heat of condensator and blown out by
the blower. It will run according to the setting moisture and can drive
moisture with high efficiency for long time.
