Description:

Softgel Capsules was made of two shell and inside material/medicine. Two shell is made fo gelatin. How to prepare the gel masss that make for the softgel capsules ?

It is used with gelatin melting system or gelatin melting tank. Gelatin powder could be melt in high temperature and cooled into solid in low temperature. This characterics is very good for used for softgel capsules production. We will use gelating melting tank to prepare the gel mass.

The basic formulation that used for gelatin melting process is 1kg gelatin powder, 1kg pure water, and 0.3kg glycerin.
