• Gelatin Melting Tank

Gelatin Melting Tank is used to melt gelatin to make gelatin film. It is 3 layer structure design—inner layer, heating jacket layer and outer insulation layer. And there is agitator installed on top of the tank. When melt gelatin, need to keep heating and mixing and then need vacuumize and after melting process, need compressed air to transport liquid gelatin out of the gelatin melting tank to the gelatin service tank, so the inner tank can bear some possitive and negetive pressure.
