• Preparation stage:use the mixing liquid tank to configure the liquid according to the formula and use the gelatin tank to prepare gelatin solution according to a certain percentage
• Liquid flow: The liquid is pumped from the tank to the main hopper by a pump, after which the liquid in the hopper is pumped to the diverter plate by the injection pump.
• Rubber preparation:Gelatin liquid under vacuum pressure flows from the gelatin insulation barrel to the gelatin box. The gelatin in the gelatin box is cooled into gelatin strips by the hub, then gelatin strips are delivered to the soft capsule mold location via a roll-to-roll system.
• Material feeding and making pill: When the gelatin strips on both sides pass through the roll mold, the injection pump injects the liquid to the roll mold. The cavity formed by the gelatin strips is cut by a roll to obtain a soft capsule product containing the medicinal solution
• Product collection:Soft capsule products roll to the conveyor belt through the guide plate, after the conveyor belt to the cage for the stereotypes. The remaining rubber into the waste bucket.
