Characteristic of Induction Furnace Crucible

1.Fast thermal conductivity: Crucibles made with high thermal conductivity materials have dense tissue, low apparent porosity and high thermal conductivity.

2.Long service life: Compared to ordinary clay graphite crucibles, the service life of crucibles made with different materials is prolonged by 2 to 5 times.

3.High strength: Crucibles made with high-quality materials and molded by high pressure have reasonable phase combination, high strength at elevated temperatures.scientific product modeling, and high pressure-bearing capability.

4.High-Temperature Resistance:SiC crucibles are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, making them ideal for melting materials like aluminum, copper, and brass, and can endure temperatures up to 1600°C.

5.Low slag adherence: Low slag adherence on the inner wall of crucibles greatly reduces thermal resistance and the possibility of crucible expansion and cracking, thus maintaining the maximum capacity of the crucibles.

6.Cost-Effectiveness: Although initially more expensive, the high thermal and chemical resistance of Silicon Carbide crucibles makes them longer-lasting, offering good cost-effectiveness over time.
8.Energy saving and environmental protection: The high thermal conductivity of thecr ucibles can significantly reduce fuel consumption and waste gas pollution. Withappropriate resistivity, induction heating can greatly lower reactive power loss.
