(1), materials. The main components are made of Q235B, and the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the base are in accordance with the requirements of "Low Alloy Structural Parts" (GB / T1591).
(2) Welding materials. For manual welding, E43XX electrode is used, and the basic performance should meet the requirements of "Carbon Steel Electrode" (GB / T5117-95).
(3) Bolt materials. Ordinary bolts are all grade C. Bolts, nuts and washers should be made of Q235 steel specified in "GB700-88".
(4) Reflective film purchase 3M engineering grade film. When using reflective film to stitch the logo pattern, there should be a 3-6mm heavy part at the splicing place. The reflective film is pasted on the surface of the extruded profile, the minimum length of the lower and lower edges protruding is 8mm, and it should be closely adhered to the upper and lower edges.
(5) Structure production. Steel structural members shall be manufactured in strict accordance with "GB50205-95", and the surface of metal members shall not be damaged by scratches, abrasions, etc.
(6) Before the component is cut and processed, 1: 1 stakeout must be carried out, and construction can be carried out without error. Before the steel is processed, it should be straightened.
(7) Welding requirements, drilling, punching and workshop welding should be completed before steel plating. For factory splicing welds of component main materials, all joint welding shall meet secondary welding quality standards. When welding, a reasonable welding sequence should be selected to reduce the welding stress and welding deformation generated in the steel structure, or use preheating, hammering and other effective methods to achieve the same purpose. For fillet welds, the size hF of the fillet is equal to the thickness of the thinner component, the length of the weld is equal to the length of the component, and full-welding is uniform.
