Production Introduction

Ecobag is a bag made of high molecular synthetic polymer fabric, usually cut and sewn according to customer demand size. It is mainly made of polypropylene (PP) or polyester fiber (PET) as raw materials, processed into double-sided ironing needle-punched non-woven fabric. Some are made by cutting, sewing and shaping high molecular synthetic polymer fabrics, while others are long silk ecological bags directly made by spinning airflow and needle-punching consolidation, with fibers arranged in a three-dimensional structure.

• Resistance to Environmental Factors

• Ultraviolet (UV) Resistance: Possesses high-strength UV resistance, capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to sunlight without significant performance degradation. For instance, in open-air hillside protection projects, it can maintain stable performance even after long hours of sun exposure.

• Freeze-Thaw Resistance: Can adapt to the freeze-thaw cycles in cold environments without damage, ensuring long-term stability in applications such as slope protection in cold regions.

• Acid and Alkali Resistance: Can exist for a long time in soil and water with different pH levels, suitable for engineering projects of various soil types and water environments. When used for slope protection in soil areas where acid and alkali pollution may exist, ecological bags will not be corroded.

• Durability: Can last for more than 50 - 70 years without degradation, truly achieving zero pollution. This allows it to continuously function in long-term ecological projects, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.

• Moisture Resistance: Non-absorbent, moisture will not damage the bag, the bag will not deform, and it is insoluble in polluted liquids. This property is very important when used in wetlands or areas prone to pollution, ensuring that the soil and vegetation inside the bag are not affected by external polluted liquids, while also not being damaged by absorbing water.

• Physical Characteristics

• High Strength: Due to the use of plastic fibers, it maintains sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions, ensuring that it does not break under certain pressure or tension, meeting the engineering requirements for material strength.

• High Permeability: Allows water to seep out from the ecological bag body, reducing the hydrostatic pressure of the ecological bag body while preventing soil from spilling out of the bag. This achieves the purpose of soil and water conservation, creating a favorable medium environment for vegetation growth.

Product Application

Eco-bags are mainly used for constructing flexible ecological slopes, such as on barren hills, mine restoration, greening of highway slopes, riverbank protection, etc. In addition, eco-bags are also suitable for riverbanks, mine reforestation, artificial wetlands, roadside slope protection, river and lake protection, as well as special applications like military facilities and flood emergency response areas.

In slope engineering, this new material can completely replace materials such as stone and cement, which can greatly reduce engineering costs. The slope after construction has a surface that can be covered with vegetation, so that the excavated slope surface can achieve the effect of greening and form a natural ecological slope. It has the filtering function of permeable water but not permeable soil. The slope formed in this way is highly permeable, and has a strong protective and stabilizing effect on soil loss, local mud (soil) rock flow, slope collapse, etc., and can become a permanent and highly stable natural slope.
