The shaker flask filter cap has a 0.22um hydrophobic membrane, which is breathable and waterproof, which can effectively prevent the entry of microorganisms, prevent environmental pollution, and ensure gas exchange—applied to the training phase of small-scale and incremental scale-up process development.
Skills:
1. The amount of culture medium should be controlled at 20-30% of the total volume in the bottle. There are several clear scale lines on the shaker flask for easy reference.
2. It is recommended that the starting speed of the vibration table is 75-125rpm, and the speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
3. Pay attention to the water level in the vibrating table when the liquid is vibrating, and pay attention to the temperature in the vibrating table when the gas is vibrating.
