This machine tool is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T25372-2010R. The absolute accuracy level of the machine tool is V level, and the relative accuracy level is R level. Implement Q/AJL 004-2014 standard. This machine tool is a long rectangular machine tool. It consists of a machine bed, a long rectangular worktable, a column slide, a horizontal guide, a vertical guide, a milling head spindle, a tool magazine, a balance system and a cooling system, a lubrication system, and an electrical control system. The long rectangular worktable is fixed in the bed. The milling head spindle is vertically fixed on the column sliding seat, and it can move along the bed rail (X axis), horizontal rail (Y axis) and vertical rail (Z axis) with the column. Feeding and moving machinery adopt the combination of ball screw frequency conversion servo motor, and advanced PLC control system, which can realize program control and automatic processing. It can also carry out independent and linked drive control for the three axes. The tool magazine can hold 12 kinds of tools, which can realize automatic tool change. The lubrication system realizes automatic timing and quantitative lubrication, and can control the length of time and flow rate from the control system. In this way, it is a machine tool that performs flat, stepped, hole, groove, tapping, milling, boring, etc. on the workpiece at one time. Compared with traditional machine tools, this machine tool need less space and is more cost-effective.
