Product Introduction:
The truck radiator is a key component of the truck's cooling system. A large amount of heat is generated when the engine is working. The coolant circulates in the engine water jacket under the action of the water pump, and the temperature rises after absorbing the heat from the engine. The high-temperature coolant flows into the water inlet chamber of the radiator and then enters the radiator core. In the radiator core, the coolant transfers heat to the radiator fins through the wall of the cooling pipe. At the same time, the airflow generated when the vehicle is driving or the airflow generated by the fan passes through the outside of the radiator core, taking away the heat from the radiator fins and lowering the temperature of the radiator fins. In this way, the heat of the coolant is continuously dissipated into the air, the coolant temperature drops, and the cooled coolant flows out of the water outlet chamber and returns to the engine to continue circulating, thereby keeping the engine within a suitable operating temperature range.
