Product Introduction:
The air brake valve accurately adjusts the amount of compressed air entering the brake line from the air tank according to the stroke and force of the driver's brake pedal, thereby controlling the output force of the brake cylinder and achieving different degrees of braking effect, so that the vehicle can decelerate or stop smoothly and accurately according to the actual road conditions. When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the channel is quickly opened to allow compressed air to enter the brake cylinder, pushing the brake shoe to contact the wheel brake drum or brake disc, generating friction and realizing the braking function; after the driver releases the brake pedal, the intake channel is promptly closed, and the exhaust channel is opened to discharge the compressed air in the brake line and brake cylinder, so that the brake shoe returns to its position and the brake is released. Through reasonable design and precise manufacturing, the brake valve can be ensured to work stably and reliably under various working conditions, such as in harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and humidity, as well as in working conditions such as high-speed driving and heavy load, to ensure the normal operation of the brake system and provide protection for the driving safety of the vehicle.
