Matters needing attention
:
Melt the silver and cut it off with scissors. Before drawing, the silver wire to be drawn should be repeatedly hammered, Quenched and cooled. When the silver wire is hammered to the appropriate hole size, the silver wire head needs to be quenched with the hammer tip to extend through the smaller drawing hole. The drawing plate can be placed under the feet and some oil can be put on the drawing plate hole, Pull out the negative force with both hands with wire drawing flat nose pliers. Every two silver wires are annealed once, and then the smaller drawing holes are replaced by repeated annealing. If the wire is pulled below 1.0 mm, it can be directly drawn to the appropriate thickness without annealing. If you want to pull too thick silver wire, you should use the machine - hand pulling machine or electric tablet press machine, large wire drawing machine, etc. It can't be pulled by hand.
