Whenever or where ever this machine had some problem or parameter was not right, only need to give scan code of this machine to our engineer, and he will scan this code to enter into the app, from internet engineer will get the date of their machine and the APP will show exactly settings of that machine, as well as all fault and alarm suitations, then our engineer will be very easily understand the problem, and he will directly help solve the problem from the app.

Sure. We located in Zhangjiagang city which is very near Shanghai. For overseas customers, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We can pick you up in the Airport. (or Hongqiao International Airport. ) We also provide visit online by video.
