The IBC tank blow molding machine is a specialized equipment used for manufacturing Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). It employs a blow molding process to create these large plastic containers. The machine consists of a robust extrusion system that melts plastic resin, typically high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and forms it into a parison. The parison is then clamped within a mold cavity, and compressed air is blown into it, expanding and conforming it to the shape of the mold. DMB-1000L extrusion blow molding machine is suitable for producing 500-1000L IBC Tanks. Equipped with special designed screw suitable for UHMWPE material, with uniform plastication, and no temperature rise, which shorten the IBC tank forming cycle. It’s production capacity can reach over 500pcs/day.
