The replacement of brake disc generally has no fixed cycle, which is determined according to the service condition of each vehicle. But there are usually early warnings. If there is a deep groove on the edge of the brake disc, it needs to be replaced immediately and grinding is not allowed. Never "Polish" the brake disc that should have been replaced because it is cheap and easy. The disassembly steps of the brake disc are as follows:
1. Disassemble the tire and brake wheel cylinder;
2. Remove the rear wheel assembly. When removing the rear axle bearing cover, use special tools to avoid damaging the seal of the bearing cover when prying it with slotted screws;
3. Remove the baffle of the rear brake disc and clean the dust in the bearing sleeve after removal;
4. Install a new brake disc baffle, tighten the rear wheel bearing and install the bearing cover;
5. Take out the wheel cylinder bracket;
6. Install the brake cylinder after installing the brake pad, and fasten the screws between the cylinder and the bracket;
7. Install the hub. Brake disc is an important part of the braking system. A good brake disc has the advantages of stable braking, no noise and no shaking.
