The most important materials and data of the bracket and center bell are 6061,7075 aluminum alloy and steel. 6061 is mainly used for small calipers with small brake discs, and 7075 is mainly used for large calipers with large brake discs. If the data is not accurate, it cannot be installed perfectly. If the materials are not used correctly, it will lead to the deformation of the closed bridge code during intense driving, The position of the brake disc changes, causing eccentric wear and shaking.
6061 and 7075 belong to aluminum alloys with similar properties, but there are great differences. 6061 belongs to 6000 series aluminum alloy and 7075 belongs to 7000 series aluminum alloy.
In 6061 aluminum alloy, aluminum alloy element accounts for 97.9%, magnesium element accounts for 1%, silicon element accounts for 0.6%, and 0.28% copper and 0.2% chromium are added.
In 7075 aluminum alloy, the main aluminum and zinc metal elements account for 90% and 5.6% respectively, while magnesium accounts for 2.5%, copper accounts for 1.6%, chromium accounts for 0.23%, and finally the remainder is silicon, manganese, titanium and other metal elements.
Compared with 6061 aluminum alloy, the measured data of 7075 aluminum alloy are much higher in all aspects. This is mainly because the content of aluminum alloy in 7075 aluminum alloy is nearly 8% less than that in 6061 (6061 contains 97.9% aluminum, while 7075 contains 90% aluminum). Because pure aluminum is a very soft metal element.
Any produced workpiece will produce stress, which comes from the workpiece itself. Once the workpiece is deformed, it will affect the service accuracy. This problem must be solved by eliminating stress.

If the bracket and center bell not surface treated, it is very easy to cause slow corrosion of the bracket and center bell.
