3 1/16" 10k Flow Head Well Testing Surface Test Tree with Gate Valve
The Flow Head is Surface test tree as the first piece of surface test equipment. The flowhead is the designed and manufactured according to API 6A and API 16C specification. The surface test tree / flowhead is located at the top of the test string to control the flow of fluid from the well during drill stem testing in well testing service and the flowhead is more easy to release the formation over pressure in short time at the beginning of well open.
It consists of four gate valves: one manual master valve (must be beneath the swivel), two wing valves (manual kill line and hydraulic flow line) and a swab valve. A swivel below the central body of the test tree allows tubing to rotate freely, while the test tree remains stationary. The central body has a handing sub to allow lifting and adjusting the height of the tree.
