Y2160 Model series vibrating screen sand making screening beneficiation belt conveyor ore crusher
The circular vibrating screen is manufactured with a solid structure and is designed with an inclination of 15-20 degrees. It is especially suitable for screening rough stones or ore.
This machine can adjust the weight of the eccentric block to meet its needs. This model has a 15-20 degree inclination and the action of gravity, so compared with a horizontal vibrating screen, it requires less driving force, but it can produce a powerful screening effect.

3. The screen beam and the screen box adopt high-strength bolts, with simple structure and convenient maintenance. Advanced structure, using block eccentricity as excitation force, strong excitation force, low power consumption and low noise.
4. The vibrating screen machine is mainly composed of a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a vibration damping spring device, and a chassis. A cylindrical eccentric shaft vibration exciter and a partial block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by a motor to rotate through a V-belt to generate centrifugal inertia force to force the screen box to vibrate.
5. High frequency, large dip Angle , high screening efficiency and large capacity. The vibrator adopts large clearance bearing, thin oil lubrication, low noise and long life. The parts are versatile and easy to maintain.
The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box,when the circular vibrating screen works,the motor drives the eccentric block of the excite to rotate at a high speed though a triangular belt,which generates a great centrifugal inertia force and stimulates the circular motion of the screen box with certain amplitude.the material on the inclined screen surface is continuously thrown by the material meets the screen surface,in the process,the particles smaller than the sieve hole are screened through,thus realizing classification.
