The machine comes with a grate sieve, the crushed materials can be discharged through the grate, and the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to ensure the uniform particle size of the finished product.
3. Simple structure and easy maintenance
The European version of the high-efficiency crushing mill is mainly composed of casing, rotor, bearing iron and grate bars. The casing is inlaid with high manganese steel liners, which is resistant to pressure and wear resistance and has a long service life; it is equipped with hydraulic adjustment devices. The top can be opened back and forth, which is convenient and quick to maintain and save downtime.
4. Low investment cost and convenient management
The European version of the high-efficiency crushing mill has a very high cost performance. Compared with the traditional mill, it has a simple working process, a small area, easy infrastructure, lower investment costs, and more convenient management.
The main machine drives the main shaft through the motor and the triangular belt, so that the rotor rotates. After the large piece of material entering the crushing cavity from the inlet port, is crushed by the high-speed moving plate hammer.
The materials crushed to meet the particle size requirements are directly discharged from the bottom grate, and the materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are repeatedly crushed by the hammer and liner on the rotor in the crushing cavity until they meet the particle size requirements. In order to avoid clogging, the water content of the crushed materials generally does not exceed 20%.
