      Vacuum packaging machines are divided into horizontal vacuum packaging machines and vertical vacuum packaging machines according to the different placement positions of packaging materials. The packaged materials of the horizontal vacuum packaging machine are placed horizontally; The packaged material of the vertical vacuum packaging machine is placed vertically. Horizontal vacuum packaging machines are more common in the market.

1. The vacuum packaging machine shall be used in an environment where the temperature is - 10 ℃ - 50 ℃, the relative humidity is no more than 85%, and there is no corrosive gas, dust and explosive hazard in the surrounding air. Like the packer and shrinking machine, the vacuum packaging machine is a three-phase 380V power supply.

2. In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump, the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The oil level shall be checked frequently. The normal oil level is 1 / 2-3 / 4 of the oil window (no more than). When there is water in the vacuum pump or the oil color turns black, it shall be replaced with new oil (generally, it can be replaced once a month or two after continuous operation, and 1# vacuum gasoline or 30# gasoline and oil can also be used).

3. The impurity filter should be removed and cleaned frequently (generally once every 1-2 months, for example, the cleaning time should be shortened for packaging debris).

4. After continuous operation for 2-3 months, open the back cover 30, add lubricating oil to the sliding parts and switch bumps, and add lubricating oil to each connecting and moving part on the heating rod according to the use situation.

5. Check the pressure reducing, filtering and oil mist triplet 24 frequently to ensure that there is oil (sewing oil) in the oil mist and oil cup and there is no water in the filter cup.

6. The heating strip and silica gel strip shall be kept clean without foreign matters, so as not to affect the sealing quality.

7. The second layer of paste on the heating rod and under the heating plate plays an insulating role. When it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid short circuit.

8.   The user shall provide its own working air source and inflation air source. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set to 0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. Do not adjust too much without special circumstances.

9.   The vacuum packaging machine is not allowed to be placed obliquely and impacted during handling, let alone placed down for handling.

10.   The vacuum packaging machine must have a reliable grounding device during installation.

11.   Do not put your hand under the heating rod to prevent injury. In case of emergency, cut off the power supply immediately.

12.   During operation, ventilate first and then power on, and during shutdown, power off first and then gas off.
