1. There different truck using 6HH1 engine, for example FSR FSS FTR LT133, from bus to meduim truck. Also there are different size for 6HH1 flywheel, there are 140 teeth ring gear which is using wide range, and there are 129 teeth ring gear which is not often use. And this type 129 teeth flywheel have 5 hole in middle can helps radiating.
2. The flywheel of ORIGIN PARDS machining depends on the drawing of genuine parts to ensure the mounting position, induction hole, ignition position correctly so user can start their truck as new.
3. To enhance the flywheel’s performance such as resisting heat, hard-wearing, stablility. We add the calculated trace chemical elements such as Carbon, nickel, zinc, and so on.
4. Each flywheel of ORIGIN PARDS will have dynamic balance test, to avoid uneven weight will cause mechanical injuiry.
5. To keep away rust in transportation and storage we use special anti-rust coating. So the surface will have little gold color.
6. Compared with the partial heating, the whole heating is more stable and flywheel ring is not easy to loose. Because the ring gear is overall heating and nesting in the flywheel, after cooling down, the ring gear will tightly cover the flywheel.
7. This kind of flywheel is use for ISUZU E series heavy truck, and they are for long distance driving logistics trailer, and equip double clutch plate transmission, can help trailer driving faster and change speed more smooth.
