High Efficiency Industrial Dust Collector 1200-20000m2 Air Pollution Control
The dust collector is mainly composed of dust hopper, filter chamber, clean air chamber, bracket, lift valve, jet blowing dust cleaning device and other parts. When working, dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the hopper, smaller dust with the airflow turning upward into the filter chamber, and is blocked in the outer surface of the filter bag, purified flue gas into the bag, and through the bag mouth and clean air chamber into the air outlet, discharged by the exhaust vent.
With the continuous filtration, the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, and the resistance of the equipment rises. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, the dust removal operation should be carried out to remove the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag
The operating pressure of bag dust collector is determined according to the static pressure value and installation position of the device and fan before and after the dust collector, and it is also the design pressure value of bag dust collector
Air cooled heat exchanger type

Advantage:

4. High temperature resistance: glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 high temperature resistance filter bag, can be operated under high temperature conditions above 200℃.
