Main Features:

● Automatic turret; fully automatic conversion of optical lens and indenter;

● 10.4-inch LCD touch screen; test force application-holding-removal is fully automatic;
● The indentation image, test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, hardness value, etc. are displayed on the computer, which is easy to operate;

● 12 test scales; 10 test force levels, force range: 62.5kgf-3000kgf;

● Accuracy meets GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2 and ASTM E10.
Scope of Application:
● Determine the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of bearing alloy materials such as lead-based alloys, babbitt alloys, tin-bismuth alloys;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of parts produced by casting, forging, rolling and other processes.
