Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol ANL-P bottle lid torque tester is an intelligent and multifunction measure instrument. Specially designed for testing and examining all kinds of bottle lid to open and close torque.
Applied in examining all kinds of bottle lid,light cap etc. open and close torque. Installed conveniently and fast, and the maximal diameter can reach 200mm,enclosed USB serial port output, can carry out transfer the data to the computer for analysis, printing and so on related process.
Function:
1:High accuracy, high stability, high resolution.
2:The sampling speed can be set.
3:The upper limit value and lower limit value can be set, has acousto-optic alarm device.
4:Lattice type liquid-crystal display, the backlight lamp can be set.
5:Torque direction identifies.
6:Three kinds of unit automatic conversion: N.m, Kg.cm, Lb.in.
7:Multi-peak values maintain.
8:Power source, electric quantity display and low electric quantity cue.
9:Close automatically under no-operation, the close time can be set.
10:Saves and prints 100 test data, delete at will.
11:Uses USB connect PC, test real-time, measure curve, and carries on processing to the data: such as prints, statistic. and so on.

6. Use USB interface and PC communications, synchronous test function can connect to the computer,computer synchronous display test force graph and the detailed test process, can save, print, doing all sorts of analysis.
7. Peak holding, remove automatically function, remove time to set freely.
8. Large storage, can save 99 groups of test data.
9. Without automatic shutdown function, time can be set freely.
