Dispersive Viscosurgical Devices HPMC is a transparent viscoelastic solution of high viscidity made of non-protein polymeric carbohydrate.Dispersive Viscosurgical Devices HPMC is used to help make cataract surgical procedures more successful. During phaco surgery, these solutions are used to both create and maintain space in the anterior chamber of the eye.
Dispersive Viscosurgical Devices HPMC Intended Use:
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose for Ophthalmic for Ophthalmic Surgery, which are suitable for cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and removal surgery, eye trauma and other eye surgery, are used to maintain anterior chamber depth in the ophthalmology operation and smear the operational instruments to prevent the cornea endotheliocyte from mechanical damage. They can be used only once to effectively avoid latrogenic cross- infection of the users or patients.

1.HPMC is made of pure natural plant cellulose which is tra-nsparent, odorless, compatible, none protein and free of causing inflammation.
