2000 to 2005 Only provided sold in China as a small factory, 2 people sales man.
2008 Found as name of Guangzhou bailing Metal Product Co., Ltd, began to sell in domestic market and export to worldwide. Created brand “Bailing” for invisible grills products.
2012 Found sell in Guangzhou DaoYe Metal Trade Co., Ltd. in order to meet large orders of our clients worldwide market. Factory workers quantity increased from 10 people to 20 people.
2013 to 2015 Factory workers quantity rose from 20 people to 50 people and sales man increased from 3 people to 6 people. Exporting annual amount rose from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000. During this time, we got HONOR certificate.
2016 to 2017 Updated all of assembling line with latest technology equipment and bought high-tech machines.Our quality system goes to a very high level and failure rate is lower than 1%. So our warranty policy was added one more year, from 1 year to 2 years full warranty and we promise that if quality has itself problem, we provide free replacement firstly.
2018 Opened a new sales center in Nansha Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou. For the sake of brand registration problem of DY invisible grills, we created a new brand of DY invisible grills, we call it DY invisible grills. |

We have strictly control control from raw material to delivery products as follows :
1. The raw material need to be100% inspected by our cooperation suppliers, before producing, Our QC department will inspect it again.
2. Workshop line lead will supervise the worker every process of products and keep carft complete, finish the order according customers' demand.
3. Doing products loading testing and make report to factory manager.
4. Before delivery, the salesman and factory manager will inspect products again, double check the customers' demand and quality.
5. After delivery , the after-sale team will track products service and feedback any problems to factory and R&D department , solve the goods problem. |
