►Products Overview
 

The VFD Reactor can be used to provide improved overload protection for the line power supply, and to reduce the current harmonic distortion produced by the inverter. Increase the power factor of input power supply, reduce the high harmonic, and restrain the surge of frequency converter in the power supply equipment.


►Product construction features

  • 1. The iron core is made of a high-quality silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into even small pieces by multiple air gaps. The air gap uses high-temperature and high-strength adhesive glue to tightly bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower iron yokes. The iron core The end surface adopts a high-quality anti-rust paint spraying process, which solves the problem of rust on the surface of the reactor core. The noise and vibration are greatly reduced during operation.
  • 2. The reactor adopts a vacuum dipping process and is cured by high-temperature heat drying. The coil has good insulation performance, high overall mechanical strength, and good moisture-proof performance. The coil adopts an F and H class insulation system, which greatly improves the reliability of long-term operation.
  • 3. Low-temperature rise, low loss, low cost, and high comprehensive utilization rate. Small size, lightweight, small space occupation, easy to install.

►Application environmental conditions:

 

  • 1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters;
  • 2. Operating environment temperature -25 ~ 45(℃), relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
  • 3. No harmful gases, inflammable and explosive goods around;
  • 4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If needs to be installed in the cabinet,the ventilation equipment should be installed.
