1. Introduction of Product

1. Used for the processes of compounding, mixing, drying as one of the most ideal equipment for the manufactures of profiles and tubes.
2. The spindle seal has special structure. With two heating functions of electric and vapor.
3. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4. The electric control system adopts RKC ,Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control.
5. Equipped with pulse dust catching device. (on customer’s option).
6. Both the blades and belt wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dynamic.
7. Simple loading system can also be equipped on customer’s option.

SRL-Z series mixer unit is applicable for mixing, coloring and drying of various resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride  etc and in the craft of engineering plastics such as ABS, polycarbonate etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.

The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing craft together. The materials after heat mixing can be got into cool mixer for cooling automatically, exhausts remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.

This unit is developed by importing and absorbing advanced foreign technology. By adopting PLC control, it features high automatic level, good mixing result. Heat mixing has such functions as self-friction, and electric heating. The vane has passed the test of dynamic and static equilibrium. The cover adopts double concave-convex seal. Main axis seal adopts special tech of our company, also equipped with pulse dust catching device. Cooling mixer absorbed slowdown tech from overseas, adopts direct slowdown device, overcomes the deadly weakness causing by use of retarder, that makes it running smoothly even more. This machine has come up to the same kind of product level in the world. That is an ideal equipment for producing plates, pipes and special-shaped materials etc.

8. Option

The unit consists of one hot mixer and one cooling mixer. The materials from hot mixer get into the cooling mixer automatically to be cooled, so remained gas is eliminated, and agglomeration is avoided.

9. Commercial Terms

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment

2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment

3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)

4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:

   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months

   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months

5. Installations and Commissioning

   (1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment

   (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges

   one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the              equipment if the customer requests.

   Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

   (1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket

   (2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication

   (3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.

   (4) An interpreter is needed.

6. Spare parts:

    Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest that customers should buy the     spare parts. (Fittings list will be provided.)
