Description:

1. the inside barrel of Heating ＆ Cooling Mixer are made of stainless steel; the outside baiTel of heating Mixer are also in stainless steel, It can resist the corruption of DOP and there is a ￠550mm stainless steel material adding bucket up the pot cover.

Applications:

The mixer mainly used homogeneous mixture with PVC, all kinds of resins and other plastic materials.

It mixes and dyes the grain burden of PE, PP and other plastic materials, to dry the hygroscopicity resin forming the type before processing it.

1/  The motor: 55/75KW,  Dazhong AC motor ;

2/  Total volume is 500L and effective volume is 350L.

The inner barrel of mixer are made ​​of stainless steel (thickness of 6mm ) ;

The bottom of the barrel is made of stainless steel (thickness of 8mm) ；

The outermost barrel of heating mixer is packed with 0.8mm stainless steel plate

(DOP corrosion-resistant, easy to clean)；

The mixier is equipped with a stainless steel hopper:150mm*600mm*340mm;

3/ Lid is double sealed,the lid and spout are sealed with silicone sealing strip.

4/  The mixer adopts three stainless steel blades:430/800 RPM,dynamic balance treated.

The blade at bottom is slotted –type；

5/  The mainshaft is sealed by PTFE and skeleton oil(TTO made in Taiwan) ;

Material:45# steel, with quenching and tempering and granding treatment.

6/ Base is made of welded steel,solid and durable.

7/  The belt pulley is made of quality casting iron,mainshaft belt pulley is with balance treatment.

8/  The frame :welded by high-quality iron plate, surface is painted, strong and beautiful;

9/ Deflector is welded in the pot wall,above the blades.

1. After the contract is confirmed, the seller will supply the plan of the workshop, foundation chart and the chart of rubber roller, square axes & all kinds of rollers. All operation manual will be supplied by seller, too.

3. The buyer should supply the spare pipes and electric wires, and the seller just advices the specification or the model of them.
