Description:
(1). Heating mixer: double speed motor; cooling mixer: single speed motor.
(2). Inside pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel. The cover of heating mixer is equipped with a ￠450mm-550mm stainless steel hopper.
(3). Three pieces of stainless steel paddles in the heating mixer, rotating speed: 430/860/rpm. One piece of paddle in the cooling mixer, rotating speed: 70/rpm
(4). Principal axis pressurize type: PTEF and framework pressurize
(5). Digital temperature control meter, Huibang, changzhou of China
(6). Contactor of delixi
(7). Pneumatic control the cover and outlet
(8). Capacity: 90-180kg/batch
Applications:
SRL-ZA series mixing unit is appliable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such as poly,PE,PP,PVC polypropylene,poly chloride etc,and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing together.The materials after heat mixing can be gotting into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gass and avoids agglomerates.
It is an ideal equipment for plastics mixing.

1. After the contract is confirmed, the seller will supply the plan of the workshop, foundation chart and the chart of rubber roller, square axes & all kinds of rollers. All operation manual will be supplied by seller, too.
2. The seller will send 3-4 technical workers to guide installation and debugging for buyer;
3. The buyer should supply the spare pipes and electric wires, and the seller just advices the specification or the model of them.
