3. Description

Technical specification

 ⑴ 1#,2#,3#,4# rolls are alloy chilled cast iron roller, roller use centrifugal casting, alloy chilled layer equally, roller surface hardness reach HS68-72；1#, 2#,3#,4# rolls are all circum drill roll,5#,6# roll are all forged steel drill roller, roll surface after heating treatment, roller surface hardness reach HRC55. Roller surface full indicator movement less than±0.005mm(After calendar install and test)

⑵ 1#,2#,3#,4# roll surface chroming treatment, grinding and polishing treatment. Chrome thickness≥0.10MM,surface roughness Ra0.20,5#,6# roll surface roughness Ra0.05(Mirror surface)

⑶ Roller use individual transmission type, universal coupling drive

⑷ Drive motor use frequency converter motor and control system, 2#,3#,4#,5# roll drive power 30kw for each. 1#,6# roll drive power 22kw each.

⑸ Bearing for roll is high temperature resistance, high precision roller bearing(Beijing bearing company,D grade precision),adopt thin oil circulating lubrication method,use multitubular cooler cooling lubrication, protect lubrication oil under best working condition. In addition bearing base have better cavity, can sufficient lubricate roller bearing, extend bearing lifetime. Sealing material between bearing base and roll use Teflon including graphite, lifetime of sealing is long, and small friction power loss for main machine, sufficient save power consume. Also connection between lubrication oil pipe and bearing base use soft metal pipe, easy for customer to replace roller.

⑹ Main machine use high precision, small gap reduction box transmission, this is especially for plastic calendar machine, according to national standard ZBJ19004-88 produced. Gear precision is grade 6 gear grinding , material of gear is high quality alloy steel. Gear box transmit smooth and steady ,low noise〔less than 80 db〕,high precision. Universal coupling drive, max line speed of roll is 30 m/ minute. Reduction box is double shaft method, easy for return of material when power off.

⑺  Frame and base treated by several times heat treatment and machining process, ensure the precise requirement. Frame and beam covered with stainless steel.

⑻ Roll use oil heating, after reach working temperature ,the temperature difference less than±1 degree, it have attached hot oil type rotating join(Made in Shanghai Hu min),stainless steel soft metal pipe.

⑼ 1# ,2#,3#,4# , 6# roll equipped with left and right electrical auto distance adjust and electrical parts thermal protection, can adjust the distance of roll both side or separately, easy for adjust sheet thickness. Adjust motor equipped with hand wheel, customer can open roll by manual when power off.

⑽ 5# roll have manual crossing device,max distance adjust 20mm

⑾ Stop gauge device use manual adjust width, material made by copper

⑿ Output roll with stick roll device, pneumatic tight, equipped with cooling water joint.

Fix(Six) Roll Calender is Applicated in producing high grade rigid transparent PVC sheet, colorful PVC 
sheet, flexible PVC sheet,such as food package,medicine package and other uptake plastic container.

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
   (1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
   (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the 
   installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
  Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
   (1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
   (2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
   (3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
   (4) An interpreter is needed.
