Product Description

SG560D series module is a multi-network standard 5G smart module based on QCM6490 octa-core 64-bit processor launched by. It has a built-in AdrenoTM 643 GPU, and is equipped with Android 12 operating system. It has powerful performance and rich multimedia functions. 

The SG560D series modules comply with the 3GPP Release 15 specification, support both 5G NSA and SA modes, are backward compatible with 4G/3G networks, and also support Wi-Fi 6E & DBS, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Fi 2 × 2 MU-MIMO and BT 5.2 technology.

SG560D series modules support 5G & LTE Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology, which can use multiple receiving antennas at the same time and in the same frequency band at the receiving end, thereby greatly reducing the bit error rate and improving communication quality. At the same time, the module integrates a multi-constellation GNSS receiver, supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, NavIC, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS positioning systems, enabling fast and accurate positioning.

SG560D series modules integrate function-rich interfaces (such as LCM, camera, touch screen, PCIe, UART, USB, I2C and I2S, etc.), which greatly expands its application in the M2M field and can be widely used in intelligent gateways, CPE, MiFi , MID, PND, POS, routers, multimedia terminals, smart phones, digital billboards, security and industrial PDA and other industries and equipment.
