Automatic Vertical Insulating Glass Sealing Robot for glass processing
Automatic insulting glass sealing robot is used for the second sealing procedure of the hollow glass. Silicone glue, polyurethane glue or polysulfide glue are applied around the hollow glass to play the second sealing role and to maintain the stability of the structure.
Main feature
1. Integrated frame design in order to minimize the size of equipment, saving installation space.
2. Automatic sealant discharging function to avoid the pipe blockage caused by human factors.
3. Special design for checking the depth of sealant in order to control the spread of sealant automatically.
4. Two sets of spreading sealant system can work completely independent(including mixer). One key switch for changing two component sealant.
5. Coating with glass edge neatly, no dislocation. After coating the glass edge without seam, enrich the corner, quadrilateral smooth surface no need to repair the glass corner.
6. V block type synchronous belt, make sure the smooth glass transmission and accurate position-ing, also can reduce the phenomenon of belt sticking by sealant.
