Fully automatic and easy-to-operate vertical insulating glass washing machine with drying water heating function
Product Description
Vertical Glass Washing and Drying Machine LJBQX2025
The whole washing and drying section adopt stainless steel, including the plate and interior spare parts.
1.Standard left to right operating direction. 2.Strong welded construction with high quality coating paint. All stainless steel components and tanks for all water applications. Shield is made by carbon steel. Chassis in washing and drying section is made by high robust channel steel. 3.80MM rubberized vulcanized and rectified conveyor rollers(with stainless shaft end). 4.Main conveyor device: Bevel gear is adopted for steady and synchronous transmission. 5.3 pairs of brushes are equipped, individual motors drive front and gear brushes through belts. Brush shaft diameter is 170mm and shaft end is made by stainless steel. 6.2 water pumps and water tanks, each tank has heater device. 7.2 inclined air knives, hot air can be provided. Blower packed with muffle cotton can largely minimize the noise. It is placed at the back of unloading table which can save place. 8.Motors, blower, pump, transmission, lighting, up/down can be controlled by electric panel. Inverter for conveyor rollers rotation drive with digital display for speed, glass thickness and up/down distance.
