We can input the gas filling proportion into the touch screen, during the gas filling ,the touch screen can display the whole process of gas filling visually at the same time.
There have pressure alarm device, when the gas filling is enough to the adjusted proportion value, the alarm device will work and the machine stop automatically.
Within 20s 1㎡ IGU will be finished. There have two gas pipe one is argon -in in the bottom of IGU ,another one is air -out in the top of IGU.
It can gas filling 4 piece IGU one time.

Description of Two pump Sealant-spreading Machine
This equipment was designed by advanced technology from abroad and inside of China. It is special equipment used for spreading the two-component polysulphide glue and/or two-component silicone structure glue for the aluminum type insulating glass or curtain wall glass. A ans B pump, glue gun and safety valve are all from Korea Handok. So it can ensure the reliable working-effect. Special and convenient mixed device can ensure the high quality mixing of the two-component polysulphide glue and/or two-component silicone structure glue. This equipment is featured by uniform mixture and continuous stability of extruded glue, good spreading effect and high production efficiency.
