Our factory developed a series of cooling brackets to meet the changing needs of pipeline systems and pipeline support structures. Our products can meet two technical requirements: transfer the stress generated by the pipeline to the surrounding steel structure, and do not destroy the integrity of the cooling system.

 

Our professional technical team analyzed the pre-tightening force of the bolt and designed the disc spring assembly to meet the stress requirements of the cooling pipe holder under the damping condition.

 

Cooling block is formed by steel die with precise size control and precise tolerance. The cylindrical refrigeration layer is divided into several layers of 180 degree semi-cylindrical refrigeration blocks in order to cooperate with the refrigeration system of the pipeline system.
