Our company has developed a series of cooling brackets to meet the changing needs of pipeline systems and pipeline support structures. The use of non-metallic materials as a thermal insulation can eliminate these problems, and we can design the support and hanger structure according to the environmental temperature conditions, so it is more economical.
From the point of view of process engineers, the isolation of pipelines from ambient temperature is critical to the feasibility of the process. Partial damage of insulation system may destroy the whole process and cause significant economic losses.
In terms of personal protection, reducing condensation and avoiding damage to steel structures, plant engineers also need to isolate cryogenic pipes.
So HDPIR has designed and developed for fixed or suspended low-temperature supports and hangers with different thermal and mechanical properties.
