Our company has developed a series of cooling brackets to meet the changing needs of pipeline systems and pipeline support structures. Our products can meet two technical requirements: transfer the stress generated by the pipeline to the surrounding steel structure, and do not destroy the integrity of the cooling system.
The traditional market of conventional pipeline support and hanger is an important pipeline system under different thermal conditions. Our main customers used to be mainly in the power generation and petroleum processing industries.

The use of non-metallic materials as a thermal insulation can eliminate these problems, and we can design the support and hanger structure according to the environmental temperature conditions, so it is more economical.
From the point of view of process engineers, the isolation of pipelines from ambient temperature is critical to the feasibility of the process. Partial damage of insulation system may destroy the whole process and cause significant economic losses.
In terms of personal protection, reducing condensation and avoiding damage to steel structures, plant engineers also need to isolate cryogenic pipes.
So HDPIR has designed and developed for fixed or suspended low-temperature supports and hangers with different thermal and mechanical properties.
