DVC2000 is a commonly used digital intelligent valve positioner, widely used in industrial automation process control system. Its working principle is based on mass balance technology to achieve accurate valve positioning by adjusting the actuator of the valve.
Its working principle can be divided into two parts: the processing of the input signal and the control of the actuator. First, the input signal is processed by the DVC2000's circuit board. In this process, the input signal is converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal, which is used to control the position of the actuator.
The core component is the electric actuator, which is composed of a motor, a transmission device and a valve connection device. When the control system sends a signal to open or close the valve, the electric actuator will control the direction and speed of the motor according to the content and size of the signal. The motor transmits the rotating force to the valve connecting device through the transmission device, so as to realize the opening or closing of the valve.
