Herong Intelligent Co., Ltd. is a powder metallurgy manufacturer. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and service of metal powder injection molding (MIM). We have a production workshop of more than 10000 square meters, a production team of more than 160 people, and a complete production system of design, mold opening, batching, sintering, machining, polishing and assembly. About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers support customer’s component design from the planning stage until its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components. As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50 g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a maximum weight of about 120 g.
