The main products include: smart watch accessories, optical fiber communication accessories, mobile phone accessories, eyewear accessories, manual and electric tool accessories, electronic and electrical accessories, auto accessories, motorcycle accessories, medical equipment accessories, mechanical and electronic parts, sewing machine accessories, printing and printer accessories, lock accessories and other various metal and alloy parts with complex shapes. Speciality: rich technical foundation and production management experience in complex special-shaped structure and stainless steel appearance parts. About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers support customer’s component design from the planning stage until its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components. As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50 g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a maximum weight of about 120 g.
