1. What’s your material?
0.9mm thick(32oz) durable commercial grade PVC tarpaulin.
2. Producing time?
Our regular producing time for 1pc inflatables is 7~10 days, and 20~30 days for container order. It can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
3. Can you offer Electrical Fans?
We can offer different kinds of CE/UL blowers for different market. They’re in different power and plug.
4. What about Delivery?
Shipping methods: Shipping by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX), are available for customers. And the freight charge can be prepaid or collected.
5. How long is the delivery?
by express / by air: about 3~6 working days after goods on plane. by sea: about 25 working days after goods on board, it depends on the country and destination port.
6.What are the differences between in-stock products and custom products?
Please note that except in-stock products, all of King Inflatable's products are custom products (custom items include non-King logo, banners, printing and designs and so on) and are need to pay a 50% deposit before production, 50% balance payment before products delivery . As for in-stock products, customers will have to pay in full before delivery.
