Plato 0.45~0.55mm PVC ,18OZ,1000D with CE,UL EN14960 Certificate.
A. Advanced inkjet printer:
We use advanced inkjet printer to make HD printing, After the printing, we will cover an UV protective oil layer which can keep the image lasting bright ,shining and protect from sunshine.
B. Double stitching :
We double stitch the entire unit and enhance all stress points at the bottom with fourfold stitching. Both outside and inside are double stitched in order to maintain strong solidity. Every connection part is reinforced by webbing.
C. Workmanship of continuous inflatable products:
We using the best sewing machines to handle nylon thread, we use the best PVC tarpaulin as the material , Our sewing use quadruple stitching with 12 shares bonded nylon thread to strengthen the quality. and double stitch the entire unit with the best 18 ounce heavy duty Vinyl.
