Inflatable Obstacle Cours
1. Material brand.
The best material is very important for the game. All inflatable games of Tongle inflatable toys are made of highly durable flame retardant PVC tarpaulin, as you can see from picture 1, it has 3 layers with coating on both sides and a strong net inside.
2. Stitching technology.
Triangular structure, all our floors use floor strips to add reinforcement. King inflatable toys will make reinforcement strips at the bottom of the connection and the details of each corner. So when the children bounce around in the game, you do not need to worry about safety at all. Many cheap products do not use this technology, which will make the life of the product is not enough 1 year.
3. Safety baffle.
There is a simple vinyl baffle on the inside of each inflatable tube, if the airflow is interrupted, the baffle will flip off, thus slowing the loss of air.
4. Safety net.
Most inflatable game manufacturers use the right side of the 5 mm fabric net or larger size hole safety net. Bouncing children can easily be caught in this size net pocket fingers, so serious injuries can occur. Fabric nets are not strong enough and are prone to deformation, moisture and breakage with long-term use. Only we use a unique mesh with only 2*2mm holes that even a child's finger cannot penetrate, the mesh is also waterproof and flame retardant, but the mesh is still transparent enough for easy viewing.
5. Stronger baffle.
The baffle is fixed by 1000x1000 denier material, which provides maximum strength for the internal baffle of each inflatable toy. This material upgrade is unmatched by anyone else in the industry. This material is the key to the overall durability of the products we sell.
6. Neatly stitched seams.
Durable 12-strand nylon thread for greater abrasion and tear resistance.
We have double stitching everywhere, with quadruple stitching at the bottom stress point. The inside is double stitched and the outside is double stitched to ensure that the inflatable product is strong enough.
