1. Is your warranty period true or just an advertisement?
yes, we provide 1-3 years warranty,
a,) since our products are of non-motorized play equipments, so its maintenance are easy and simple as long as the installation process has no mistake. because pillars and frame and other supporting components can last many years more than just 3 years.
b,) top 3 problems usually are surface damage,loose connection, short of spare parts. so complete 3 years spare parts list and proper tools will be provided together with goods before delivery. As for soft surfacing damage, the best solution is to require users (players) take off shoes or dont wear hard sharpen wears.
